So eventually I had 50+GB worth of unknown workshop content and I decided to uninstall Arma 3 completely from my computer and hopefully all the random workshop content it apparantly downloaded went with it. I want to know exactly what I'm putting on my new SSD when it comes to my games and game content. I was immediately frustrated because I couldn't figure out what this 'Workshop content' was. Steam starts downloading 'Workshop content' without any notice. Add future mods and workshop content later when I so choose. Just wanted to redownload the vanilla game so its ready for me to play and get into when I'd like. I decided to now redownload Arma 3 to my SSD. On my previous HDD I played Arma 3, and downloaded some mods and workshop content, ect.
